Our namesake beer is a German-style Pilsner with a bright golden color, subtle fruity notes from traditional German yeast, and a crisp finish. 5.5% ABV/35 IBUs

HONEY GINGER BLONDE ALE…Pint 8
A local fav, this refreshing drinker is brewed with honey and fresh ginger. 4.8% ABV/35 IBUs

SCHWING! HELLES LAGER…Pint 8
A brilliantly bright German Helles Lager. Light and refreshing, full of biscuit and bread flavors with a very light kiss of floral hops to round it out. 5.1% ABV/45 IBUs 

DYNAMO DUNKEL…Pint 8
This dark German lager is malt forward with big biscuit and roasty flavors. Smooth and rich, it’s a perfect balance of dark crisp flavors with a light finish. 5.25% ABV/33 IBUs

IRISH RED…Pint 8
Malt-forward ale that shines with chocolate, deep caramel and biscuit flavors with very little bitterness. 4.95% ABV/34 IBUs

HAIL SAISON…Pint 8
A Belgian farmhouse ale brewed with authentic Belgian pilsner malt and wheat malt, balanced with Citra hops and lemongrass in the boil. The addition of lots of fresh Meyer lemon juice adds to the refreshing flavor. 5.2% ABV/45 IBUs

COLDFIRE PALE ALE…Pint 8
Fruity, aromatic hops without the over-bitterness of big IPAs. 5.8% ABV/63 IBUs

WRONG WAY IPA…Pint 8
You can’t go wrong with this big, juicy West Coast IPA dry-hopped with 3 hops varieties. 6.7% ABV/90 IBUs

VACCINATOR IMPERIAL STOUT...Pint 8
ON NITRO. Expect a deep black color and a big chocolate aroma. Brewed with a blend of dark and roasted malts, oats, cacao nibs and big American hops, this will surely cure whatever “ales” you. 8% ABV / 50 IBUs
