Our namesake beer is a German-style Pilsner with a bright golden color, subtle fruity notes from traditional German yeast, and a crisp finish. 5.5% ABV / 35 IBUs

HONEY GINGER BLONDE ALE…Pint 8
This refreshing drinker is brewed with honey and fresh ginger. 4.8% ABV / 35 IBUs 

MÁS LAGER…Pint 8
Mexican-style pale lager that’s light and easy drinking. Brewed with flaked maize for a distinct sweetness and delicately hopped. 5.47% ABV / 25 IBUs  

JOHNNY PAY CZECH LAGER...Mug 8
Czech-style pilsner brewed with Czech Saaz hops for an authentic take on one of the most drinkable beers in the world. This beer is served with a traditional pour of 1/3 foam and 2/3 beer. Take this beer and love it. 4.5% ABV / 35 IBUs

IRISH RED…Pint 8
Malt-forward ale that shines with chocolate, deep caramel and biscuit flavors with very little bitterness. 4.95% ABV / 34 IBUs

FONIO PALE ALE…Pint 8
A hop-forward pale ale brewed with the ancient African grain, Fonio. Crisp, refreshing and packed full of aroma and big tropical fruit flavors, this is a go-to beer for hot summer days. 5.9% ABV / 65 IBUs 

COLDFIRE PALE ALE…Pint 8
A local favorite, this fruity, aromatic pale delivers the hops without the over-bitterness of big IPAs. Try it, you’ll like it. 5.8% ABV / 63 IBUs 

RESTING BEER FACE SOUR…Pint 8
Refreshing and tart with a beautiful pink-orange color. This lightly-hopped Gose kettle sour is brewed with a blend of tropical fruit and Himalayan pink sea salt. Expect complex tart, salty, sour and fruity flavors. A Stronghouse summer classic that’ll put a smile on yer face. 6.25% ABV / 32 IBUs

WRONG WAY IPA…Pint 8
You can’t go wrong this big, juicy West Coast IPA dry-hopped with 3 different hop varieties. Sit on our front patio and watch as drivers go the wrong way on “Gus’s Way” (aka San Juan Ave). 7.1% ABV / 90 IBUs

DuaLIPA DOUBLE IPA...10 oz 8
Attn: Hop Heads. This bold DIPA will make you “levitate” and “take you for a ride.” Brewed with IPA malt, unmalted wheat, and five hop varieties, this showst pops with citrus-tropical aromas, a bitter bite, and a dry, refreshing finish. 9% ABV / 90 IBUs 

HIGH-OCTANE OLD-TIMEY BARLEYWINE...4 oz 8
Aged in bourbon barrels, this is our take on English Barleywine. Robust bourbon and oak aromas dominate, A deceptively smooth beer with flavors of deep caramel and hints of lemon cake. 13% ABV / 80 IBUs
